Our bar is at the heart of the experience. From serving the perfect espresso in the morning to craft beers, wines, cocktails, and high-volume festival service, quality always comes first.

The role

As an Experienced Bartender, you'll ensure every drink is prepared with care, speed, and consistency.

You already have experience working behind a professional bar and understand the importance of teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail. You remain calm during busy services and help create an enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

You're not just preparing drinks. You're an important part of the overall Noorderlicht experience.

What will you do?

• Prepare hot and cold beverages
• Serve specialty coffee, craft beers, wines, and cocktails
• Operate a professional espresso machine
• Work with our Dish POS system
• Maintain stock levels and prepare the bar before service
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and operating efficiently

Who are we looking for?

• At least two years of experience working behind a professional hospitality bar is required
• Experience with specialty coffee and commercial espresso machines is essential
• Cocktail experience is a strong advantage
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Professional, guest-focused, and a strong team player
• Good command of English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and festivals
